Kylian Mbappé is one of the top goal-scorers in football. Furthermore, the 24-year-old is off to a hot start this 2023-24 season, scoring eight goals in five matches. The Paris Saint-Germain could finish as the top striker in 2023, but he must jump over a couple of names to claim that leading spot.
Mbappé has scored 33 goals this year, and two players registered more than the Frenchman: Cristiano Ronaldo (34) and Erling Haaland (37). The two players are within striking distance, so it’s not a tall task.

Despite PSG going through changes in the attack, the forward’s goal-scoring isn’t being affected. Nonetheless, Mbappé could reach another once Randal Kolo Muani and Ousmane Dembélé are fully integrated into the team.
Kolo Muani has already assisted the PSG star in last week’s 3-2 loss to OGC Nice. Furthermore, Dembélé might not have an assist, but he’s beginning to generate plenty of scoring chances. In the 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund, the 26-year-old generated six key passes.
Eventually, Dembélé will be on the assisting end of a few Mbappé goals before 2023 ends.
