AS Roma could be completing a double swoop of two players in Paris Saint-Germain’s midfield. The Serie A club has Leandro Paredes and Renato Sanches within their sights, and they might land both.
Foot Mercato’s Santi Aouna reports that Roma is edging closer to finalizing a deal to acquire the Portuguese midfielder. The potential agreement between the two clubs involves a loan arrangement with an option to buy, valued at €12 million.

The Argentine midfielder’s journey to Roma will see his European career come full circle as it began with the capital club in Italy. Meanwhile, Sanches could use this opportunity to solidify his role on the Portugal national team for UEFA Euro 2024.
This is good. Even if we don’t land the striker we want, Pellegrini can play a more advanced role and there should be some level of midfield versatility
