Paris Saint-Germain has made a bold move in the transfer market by tabling a substantial offer to Portuguese club Benfica for their young talent, Gonçalo Ramos.
The capital club needs a striker before the summer transfer window closes. As a result, these next few weeks will see PSG push for a No. 9 to help replace the production left behind by Lionel Messi and likely Kylian Mbappé.
Record reports that PSG’s offer to Benfica amounts to a staggering €65 million, with an additional €15 million in potential bonuses depending on performance-related factors. The proposed deal includes a lucrative five-year contract for Ramos, as he will be the goal scorer for this project.

Benfica could receive €80 million should Ramos hit all the bonuses in the bid. The 22-year-old scored 27 goals and registered 12 assists in all competitions last season.
If Ramos does come to the French capital, it will continue the vast makeover the club has done to their attack. Ousmane Dembélé appears to be on his way to the Ligue 1 champions, and they may not stop there.
The Portugal international should be familiar to PSG supporters. Ramos played two games against the Parisians in the 2022-23 UEFA Champions League group stage.
