French winger Bradley Barcola could be close to forcing his way from Olympique Lyonnais to Paris Saint-Germain. The 20-year-old has been linked to the capital club and with only a couple of weeks until the summer transfer window closes on Sept. 1.
Sports Zone reports that despite interest from English giants Chelsea and Manchester City, Barcola’s agreement with PSG takes precedence. The player is expected to request a transfer formally.
Furthermore, agent Jorge Mendes is confident that the Frenchman’s departure from Lyon will come to fruition. If Barcloa arrives, it would also make another client from Mendes who will join PSG this transfer window.

The French club’s pursuit aligns with their strategic efforts to bolster their attack. With the exit of Lionel Messi and possibly the departures of Kylian Mbappé and Neymar Jr. before the summer transfer window closes.
It will be interesting to see if this new-look attack can replace what the trio has brought to PSG these last two seasons. The Parisians begin their 2023-24 Ligue 1 season on Saturday against FC Lorient at the Parc des Princes.
