The Neymar Jr. era is over at Paris Saint-Germain. According to reports, the Brazilian is on his way to Saudi Arabia to join Al-Hilal.
With the 31-year-old leaving the French capital, PSG will reportedly receive £77.6 million (€90 million). Once the Ligue 1 giants receive this sum, it will make history.
Squawka notes that Neymar will become the first player in football history to be sold for more than £300 million in cumulative transfer fees. The PSG star was initially sold from Santos FC to FC Barcelona in 2013 for £50.8 million (approximately €59 million).

Afterward came the infamous decision by PSG to trigger the release clause for £198 million (roughly €230 million) in 2017. Neymar moved to PSG to be the guy and did guide the French giants to a UEFA Champions League final appearance in 2020.
