When the summer transfer window closes, a temporary solution to the Kylian Mbappé transfer saga will be reached on Sept. 1.
After the drama that occurred this summer, many assumed that the Frenchman was on his way out. However, that might not be the case since the 24-year-old returned to first-team training. Additionally, Mbappé has already appeared for Paris Saint-Germain this past weekend.
So what does this mean for Real Madrid? There are questions about whether the Spanish club will submit a late bid for the forward. Nonetheless, El Chiringuito host Josep Pedrerol revealed the latest regarding the saga.
“The only way Kylian Mbappé can join Real Madrid this summer is if he speaks to PSG and gets the letter of freedom,” Pedrerol said. “It is difficult, but not impossible.”

Recently, Andrés Onrubia of Diario AS reported that there’s a sum that Los Blancos must pay if they want Mbappé this summer.
According to the Spanish journalist, the saga will be over if Real Madrid pays €250 million for the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner. Still, that amount is below what the Merengue club might make to the Ligue 1 club.
Sky Sports recently reported that Real Madrid will present €120 million for the Frenchman. Furthermore, the information reveals that the proposal will be made on August 29 or 30.
