Saudi Arabia failed to land Lionel Messi this summer. However, the league, specifically Al-Hilal, isn’t going empty-handed before the transfer window closes on Sept. 1, as Neymar Jr. is the latest to join the Saudi Pro League.
Paris Saint-Germain and Al-Hilal made the Neymar transfer official Tuesday. The capital club said goodbye to the 31-year-old, but then the Saudi Arabian club issued their welcome to their new superstar.

The 2015 UEFA Champions League winner will sign a two-year contract. Furthermore, the Brazilian will reportedly receive an astonishing salary of €320 million for two seasons. There are other perks that Neymar is also getting as part of his contract.
Nonetheless, it’s the end of an era as Neymar leaves Europe.
