PSG, Man United, & Chelsea Eyeing Vitor Roque in Bid to ‘Hijack’ Barcelona Move – Report

In a stunning twist to Vitor Roque’s impending move to Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur have emerged as potential suitors.

Journalist Joaquim Piera reports that these three clubs are ready to ‘hijack’ the Brazilian gem’s transfer. The trio is reportedly prepared to triple the player’s salary and offer significantly improved conditions to his entourage.

Additionally, Mundo Deportivo reports that Club Athletico Paranaense, Roque’s current club, has given Barcelona a 24-hour ultimatum to submit the transfer documents, or they will consider other proposals despite the pre-agreement.

Roque, highly regarded for his talents and potential, had seemed destined for a move to Barcelona. The final agreement between Athletico and Barcelona was initially set at €30 million, with an additional €20 million in variables.

To accommodate Athletico’s wishes, the Spanish club agreed to pay the transfer fee in several installments while also allowing Roque to remain at Athletico until January 2023. The pressure is mounting for Barcelona as Athletico’s ultimatum expires.

Should the Catalan club fail to submit the necessary transfer documents within the given time frame, Athletico is prepared to explore alternative proposals for Roque’s services.

The coming days will be crucial in determining Roque’s future destination.
