Paris Saint-Germain wants a No. 9 this summer transfer window. The capital club focuses on various targets, including Atalanta BC’s Rasmus Højlund. In recent weeks, rumors linking PSG to the 20-year-old are growing louder.
The latest news regarding the Ligue 1 side’s interest in Højlund is over the asking price the Serie A side wants. La Gazzetta dello Sport confirms that PSG is on this file and the Italian club desires €80 million for the striker.
Additionally, the reporting reveals that Manchester United has already reached an agreement with the player’s agent. If true, the Red Devils will only need to meet the asking price that Atalanta wants.

Fabrizio Romano also recently reported that Højlund prefers to join Manchester United this summer. So that would be a point in favor of the Premier League club. However, the French giants could insist and convince him otherwise.

PSG has to find a striker this summer since they have to replace the goals provided by Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé. The Argentine has left after his contract expired. Meanwhile, the Frenchman has an uncertain future in Paris.
Whether it’s Højlund or someone else, Luis Campos and Co. need to get the capital club a goal scorer to build around.
