As various clubs sniff around the 24-year-old, Los Blancos might believe it’s time to pursue the Paris Saint-Germain star. L’Equipe’s Loïc Tanzi reports that an agent has been appointed to begin talks between PSG and Real Madrid to sign Mbappé.

PSG has put the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner up for sale to the highest bidder. While the Spanish club is likely the favorite to land Mbappé, seeing other potential rivals might have pushed to make a move.
Real Madrid probably couldn’t afford the Frenchman to hear any pitches from other clubs to tempt him. The La Liga side will have to come up with the money to secure the transfer or put a combination of cash plus a player to satisfy PSG’s asking price.
The Ligue 1 club is unlikely to play hardball in discussions since they want to close this chapter. Luis Enrique now heads the project and wants to build a team with young and hungry players.
