Manchester City’s talented midfielder, Bernardo Silva, has reportedly expressed his desire to join Paris Saint-Germain. However, a move to the French capital is challenging.
Le Parisien reported that Manchester City resists Silva’s wish to exit the Premier League club this summer. Negotiations between the two clubs promise to be lengthy and complicated.

Silva’s wishes to join PSG clash with the stance of Manchester City’s manager, Pep Guardiola. The Spanish boss wants the 28-year-old to remain with the English side, where he’s under contract until 2025.
Talks have yet to start, and both parties see how challenging it will be to reach an agreement that satisfies everyone. It is still too early to see pessimism settling at PSG as Manchester City retains its strengths.
As a result, sporting advisor Luis Campos will likely need a Plan B if a transfer fails. Whoever that might be remains to be seen. While Silva is one of the best at his position, the Ligu1 side shouldn’t put all their eggs in that basket.
