Paris Saint-Germain football advisor Luis Campos has been scouring this year’s free agent market as of late. He has reportedly already come to terms on a free agent deal with soon-to-be former Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio, and he also has his sights set on Wilfried Zaha.
As noted by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Zaha is on PSG’s transfer wishlist. The Ligue 1 powerhouse is “working” on a free agent deal for the Crystal Palace winger.
Zaha does not have a shortage of suitors interested in signing him to a free agent deal. Romano added that while Zaha also has “bids from Saudi,” the veteran winger is “giving priority to European clubs.”
Zaha will be out of a contract after June 30. He signed off on a multiyear extension deal with Crystal Palace in 2018, and while there was much speculation for the past few years that he would sign another such deal with the club, this has not come to fruition.
Zaha is just coming off of a 2022-2023 Premier League campaign in which he tallied nine goal contributions over 27 matches played for Crystal Palace.
