The future of Kylian Mbappé remains uncertain as everyday outlets report various information. MARCA reported on Thursday that a meeting between Mbappé’s mother, Fayza Lamari and Nasser Al-Khelaifi will occur Friday.
Mbappé’s representative will meet with Paris Saint-Germain’s president in an attempt to unblock the situation. The 24-year-old opted not to trigger the option to extend his contract until 2025.
The emerging alternative entails offering the French forward a fresh two or three-year contract. Furthermore, MARCA notes that if Mbappé signs a new contract, PSG will agree to transfer him in the summer of 2024.
José Félix Díaz from MARCA even speculates that the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner will likely ink a new deal with PSG. Díaz doesn’t state that the Frenchman will leave next summer, as his colleague Paul Polo reports.

However, until the outcome of the meeting to resolve this issue, all possibilities remain on the table. Waiting in all this is Real Madrid. The Spanish club has its eyes on Mbappé.
It will be interesting to see if they finally land the player this year or next. Nonetheless, there’s also the possibility of being left at the altar again.
