Paris Saint-Germain’s No. 1 target is Napoli striker Victor Osimhen. However, securing the Nigerian striker is challenging for the French giants, who look to fill the No. 9 role this summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that the 2022-23 Serie A champions declined the latest proposal from the French giants. The rejection demonstrates Napoli’s unwavering stance to secure a fee that they feel is fair.

Osimhen was pivotal to Napoli’s attacking prowess, leading to them winning the league this season. Intending to strengthen their attacking options, PSG believes the 24-year-old is a potentially valuable addition to their star-studded squad.
Unsurprisingly, Napoli playing hardball has resulted in PSG looking at Plan B. According to reports, the capital club has Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane as option No. 2.
However, a push for Kane will be difficult too. Tottenham recently rejected a substantial offer from Bayern Munich. The Bavarian club proposed a deal worth €70 million, supplemented by additional incentives.
