Luis Enrique appears all but certain to be Paris Saint-Germain’s next manager. The 53-year-old returned from the French capital, and it seems he has a request: João Félix.
According to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, Enrique wants Félix to be his No. 9 at PSG. The 23-year-old was on loan to Chelsea, but the English club doesn’t plan on keeping the Portugal international. As a result, Félix will return to Atlético Madrid.

The striker has a contract with the Spanish club until 2027. Atlético Madrid would likely be willing to negotiate a transfer as the Félix signing isn’t working out. The former Benfica youth product scored 34 goals and registered 18 assists in 134 appearances for the La Liga side.
Félix will join an already star-studded PSG lineup if a potential deal goes through. The Atlético Madrid forward would boost an attack with Kylian Mbappé, should he stay, and Neymar.
His presence would provide additional depth and competition for places, further enhancing PSG’s attacking options. Whether this rumor is true or not, it undeniably adds another intriguing chapter to the ever-evolving world of football transfers and managerial movements.
