The Kylian Mbappé saga continues, and the latest report is the transfer price that Real Madrid is willing to pay.
MARCA’s Carlos Carpio stated that Real Madrid will go all out by offering €200 million for Mbappé. However, there’s a catch to the Spanish club paying this sum. Now, the 24-year-old’s mother will have to bring the offer, as they will not negotiate with PSG.
“Real Madrid would be willing to pay €200M for Mbappé without problem,” Carpio said. “When they submitted a bid in 2021, PSG did not respond. Now, his mother will have to bring the offer; they will not negotiate with PSG.”

However, this information collides with what The Athletic’s Mario Cortegana reported on Wednesday.
Real Madrid remains skeptical about the French superstar’s potential transfer. Furthermore, the La Liga side believes it’s highly likely that Mbappé will play this 2023-24 season at Paris Saint-Germain.
Cortegana also reported that the 24-year-old will have a handsome salary for the 2023-24 season. As a result, the finances make sense for the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner to stay one more season.
The French superstar stands to receive €70 million (before tax) in loyalty bonuses. So this could be influencing his decision to stay put this summer.
