Paris Saint-Germain is in the mix for a left-footed central defender. The capital club already has Marquinhos and Milan Skriniar coming but needs another player to fill the shoes of Presnel Kimpembe. As a result, Lucas Hernandez enters the frame.
With Kimpembe set to miss the start of the 2023-24 season with his Achilles injury, the Bayern Munich defender appears the top choice to fill the role.
Sky Sports News Florian Plettenberg reported on Tuesday that Hernandez has told the bosses today and personally that he wants to leave FC Bayern NOW as he wants to join PSG.

Hernandez won’t extend his contract beyond 2024 with Bayern Munich, so the German giants need to sell the player to recoup a transfer fee rather than lose him on a free transfer.
Plettenberg notes that the Bundesliga side wants €60 million plus bonuses if they want the defender.
It will be interesting to see if the capital club feels comfortable paying the price to sure up the position heading into next season.
