Kylian Mbappé reportedly wants to remain at Paris Saint-Germain for the 2023-24 season. However, the capital club is open to selling the player, considering they might not want to lose the France international for free.
As a result, the Real Madrid rumors have begun. Rodrygo already commented on the excitement he would have if the Spanish club does land the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner this summer.
Nonetheless, the Brazilian isn’t alone as his teammate on Los Blancos, Eduardo Camavinga, also would like to see the captain of Les Bleus joins him with the La Liga side.
“You could see he spoke,” Camavinga said (h/t Paris Fans). “I have nothing to say. But I would be very happy if he were to come [to Real Madrid]. I was the first to tease him. How? It’s between him and me.”
The Mbappé transfer saga appears to be the one piece of gossip that many will follow this summer to see where the 24-year-old lands. Sporting advisor Luis Campos reportedly told Mbappé that he would do everything to build the best possible team around him.
Campos has already begun fixing the squad, and other aspects still need addressing. Whether it’s enough for Mbappé to remain long-term is up in the air.
