Speculation surrounding Kylian Mbappé’s future has been rife after the 24-year-old opted not to trigger the option to extend his contract until 2025. As a result, the Real Madrid rumors surrounding Mbappé are back.
The Spanish club is consistently considered his most likely destination for the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner. Now, Real Madrid might know how much it will cost to bring the France international to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
Paco Buyo reported on El Chiringuito that PSG wants €200 million to sell Mbappé this summer. However, the La Liga side is countering that they can only go as high as €120 million for the player whose contract expires next summer.

Real Madrid, known for their history of making big-money signings, have been vocal about their interest in Mbappé. The Spanish giants view him as the ideal long-term replacement for Karim Benzema, as Mbappé would fill the void in the goal-scoring department.
Only time will tell if Real Madrid will be willing to meet PSG’s unprecedented asking price or perhaps include a player from the current roster to offset the €80 million difference.
There’s also the possibility that other clubs will enter the race for Mbappé’s signature. The summer transfer window is just starting, and this saga will take up a lot of oxygen.
