Paris Saint-Germain is now one step closer to clinching this season’s Ligue 1 title.
PSG had its way over the early stages of its Ligue 1 home fixture against AC Ajaccio, and its work paid off with its first shot on target.
PSG midfielder Danilo Pereira appeared to intend to dish off a pass to Hugo Ekitike, who was making an off-ball run into the penalty box. Instead, it was Fabian Ruiz who hauled in the ball, and he took it from there, scoring the third goal of his Ligue 1 campaign.

As it stands, PSG once again holds a six-point lead above second-place side RC Lens atop the Ligue 1 standings.
