Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Luis Campos wants to revamp the forward position. The Portuguese club chief will look to build around Kylian Mbappe; as a result, Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. appear to be heading out.
Le Parisien reported on Monday that the capital club wants Manchester City forward Bernardo Silva to replace Messi this summer.
Furthermore, the French media outlet notes that PSG is several steps ahead of Barcelona on this file as the Spanish club is keen on the forward too.

Regarding the transfer cost, Le Parisien notes that €80 million will be the cost to bring the 28-year-old, who is under contract until 2025.
As a result, this summer would be the ideal time for Manchester City to secure the highest amount for the forward. Additionally, the likely reason Silva is on PSG’s radar is that Campos knows the player and Mbappe have played alongside the Portuguese international during their time at AS Monaco.
Silva has appeared in 51 competitions this 2022-23 season, where he’s scored five goals and seven assists so far as Manchester City eyes winning a treble.
Welcome to hell, Bernardo! Why put your life in a difficult situation when life’s a peach in Manchester City?
