Bernardo Silva is a priority for Paris Saint-Germain, with the capital club viewing the 28-year-old as the replacement for Lionel Messi.
The 35-year-old’s contract expires on June 30 and it seems both parties are heading toward a divorce. As a result, Silva can slide right into the role that Messi and even Neymar Jr. occupy as the Brazilian is also linked to an exit.
Now, does the Portugal international want to return to Ligue 1? According to Blue Moon, a website and Twitter account covering Manchester City in French, Silva is interested in returning to France.
“We are able to confirm, from a fairly reliable source, that Bernardo Silva is very interested in leaving for PSG,” Blue Moon wrote on Twitter Tuesday. “The player has always been seduced by the capital club and would welcome a return to France.”

If sporting advisor Luis Campos wants to reunite Silva with Kylian Mbappe, it will cost them a significant fee. Le Parisien reported on Monday that the Premier League side is keen on an €80 million sum from any interested club.
Additionally, PSG does face competition from FC Barcelona, who has been linked to Silva. Recently, club president Joan Laporta commented on the player reportedly looking for a new venture to finish the rest of his prime football years.
