Paris Saint-Germain’s woes in the second half of the season continued on Ligue 1 matchday 29, as it fell to Olympique Lyonnais by a 1-0 final score.
According to RMC Sport, PSG manager Christophe Galtier held a training session for his squad two days after the loss to Lyon. The French manager touched base with his players during the session, and he had a few messages to share with them all.
RMC Sport notes that Galtier “did not want to” single out any player or group but rather made clear to the entire squad that the “level displayed during the training sessions was insufficient.”
Galtier also reportedly noted that he “expects more” from the players during matches.
PSG is currently on a two-match losing streak in Ligue 1 play. The reigning Ligue 1 champions will look to get back on the right track in their upcoming pivotal league contests against OGC Nice and RC Lens.
