Paris Saint-Germain has been linked with multiple managers as of late, which comes as Christophe Galtier’s future at the club is currently up in the air. For one, PSG football advisor Luis Campos reportedly is interested in bringing AS Roma manager Jose Mourinho to the reigning Ligue 1 champions, as he views the Portuguese coach as the “main objective” to replace Galtier.
In his exclusive CaughtOffside column, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano touched on Mourinho’s future at AS Roma. Romano noted that there is “nothing concrete” regarding the rumors linking Mourinho to PSG.
Romano added that Mourinho is currently “100 percent focused” on the rest of AS Roma’s ongoing campaign, especially as the Serie A side is aiming to finish in the top four of the league table and is looking to win the UEFA Europa League competition for the first time in club history.
Mourinho currently has a mere one more year left on his contract at AS Roma.
As mentioned, AS Roma still has much left to play for this season, and Mourinho’s squad will have key tests against the likes of Atalanta, Inter Milan, and Bayer Leverkusen in the coming weeks.
There is none like jose. Will follow him till I live.
