Paris Saint-Germain sporting advisor Luis Campos will be in the market for a striker this summer transfer window. One target the capital club has been constantly linked to is Eintracht Frankfurt Randal Kolo Muani.
However, the French giants must prepare for a battle to land the 24-year-old goal scorer. According to Sky Sport Germany (h/t RMC Sport), Uli Hoeness, the honorary president of Bayern Munich, would like the Bundesliga giants to pursue Kolo Muani this summer transfer window.
Bayern Munich needs a striker as they still need to replace Robert Lewandowski, who left last summer’s transfer window to join FC Barcelona.
One of the reasons that Bayern Munich could pursue the French forward is due to his ability to perform in the Bundesliga. Kolo Muani has scored 20 goals in 40 appearances for Frankfurt in all competitions this 2022-23 season.
Frankfurt isn’t allowing Kolo Muani to exit the club for any transfer fee offer. On the contrary, according to reports, the German club is keen on having the forward become their largest transfer sale.
In 2019, Frankfurt sold Luka Jović to Real Madrid for €65, so they’ll be looking to top that fee if they sell Kolo Muani this summer.
