Paris Saint-Germain might be in the market for a new manager this summer after Christophe Galtier crashed out of the UEFA Champions League and Coupe de France.
Various managers have been linked to the club, including former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane. However, Foot Mercato reported on Thursday that the Spanish club is prepared to spoil any dreams of bringing Zidane.
The French media outlet reveals that Zidane has begun talks with Real Madrid about possibly re-taking the managerial job should Carlo Ancelotti exit this summer. Ancelotti has been linked to the Brazilian national team job, so it could be why the La Liga side is talking to Zidane.
Zidane is reportedly a target for PSG this summer should they move on from Galtier. Nonetheless, if the French tactician eyes a reunion with Real Madrid, then the Ligue 1 side will need to look at other options, which might include AS Roma manager Jose Mourinho as a possible candidate.
