RC Lens defender Facundo Medina was dealt with quite a task to help contain Paris Saint-Germain forwards Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe on Ligue 1 matchday 31. While Medina held his own for much of the fixture, the two PSG stars ended up making the scoresheet with a goal each in the contest.
Medina was able to catch up with Messi after the match, and the two Argentines swapped shirts.

Speaking to ESPN Argentina after the fixture, Medina took some time to reveal just what he told the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner after he swapped shirts with him.
“We were talking, you know what Leo is as a person and as a player,” Medina said. “To be honest, I congratulated him and thanked him for the World Cup.”
Medina was rooting for Messi to guide Argentina to triumph at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He recently revealed on Ebeplay’s “Son Aviones” show that after Argentina won the World Cup, he wore a La Albiceleste shirt in training for an entire week.
PSG now holds a nine-point lead atop the Ligue 1 standings following its 3-1 win over RC Lens.
