PSG Attempts to Land Crystal Palace Star Amid Interest from Arsenal, Chelsea – Report

The free agent market will again allow Paris Saint-Germain to improve their squad. PSG started in January, signing Inter Milan defender Milan Škriniar to a pre-contract and he might not be the only free agent they sign.

Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha might be on sporting advisor Luis Campo’s target list as The Guardian reported on Monday (h/t Paris Fans) that Arsenal, Chelsea, PSG, Bayern Munich, AS Roma and Olympique de Marseille, have reportedly expressed interest in signing Zaha for free.

Zaha reportedly wants to play UEFA Champions League football, which might eliminate Chelsea from the chase. Still, all these teams, aside from the Blues, could offer the 30-year-old playing in Europe’s top competition.

Nonetheless, Crystal Palace is fighting to keep Zaha as the information also revealed that Zaha is considering a new four-year contract offer worth more than £10 million per season to stay.

However, before the Ivory Coast international commits to remaining with The Eagles, he wants assurances of the club’s ambition to qualify for European competition before signing.

Zaha has appeared in 25 fixtures this 2022-23 season in all competitions, where he’s scored six goals and recorded three assists for Crystal Palace.
