Paris Saint-Germain could be in the market for a central defender despite the pending arrival of Milan Škriniar. One target that the capital club has been linked to is AS Monaco’s Axel Disasi, who is likely to be on the move this summer transfer window.
L’Equipe reported on Friday (h/t Paris Fans) the price tag that Monaco is looking for the 25-year-old and the teams interested in Disasi.
The French media outlet notes that Monaco could conclude a deal if there’s a proposal between €35 million and €45 million, excluding bonuses.
PSG, which had already targeted him last year, is keeping an eye on him, like Bayern Munich, eager to reshape part of its squad. The German giants perceive Disasi as an attractive recruit in the event of departure.
Nonetheless, L’Equipe reveals in their reporting that at this stage, the probability, very high, is rather to see him crossing the English Channel to join a Premier League club.
Manchester City, the defending champion, could lose Aymeric Laporte. Chelsea, who highly appreciates the player, should separate from Thiago Silva and/or Kalidou Koulibaly. Disasi has supporters within the London club, where he could reunite with Benoît Badiashile.
Also on the file and well placed, Manchester United should see Victor Lindelöf or Harry Maguire release a place.
