Paris Saint-Germain put together one of its most sound performances in quite a while on Ligue 1 matchday 31, picking up a 3-1 home win over RC Lens.
PSG had multiple players rise to the occasion against second-place side RC Lens, including Sergio Ramos. The veteran center-back earned a start in PSG manager Christophe Galtier’s 3-5-2 setup in the match, and he went on to record five clearances to go along with one interception.
Ramos took to Twitter after the match to react to PSG’s much-needed Ligue 1 win over RC Lens, as the reigning France top-flight champions extended their lead atop the league table to nine points.
“An important home win,” Ramos wrote. “That bit closer to our objective.”

PSG will look to make it three wins in a row in league play this Friday when it meets Angers for a home fixture.
