Paris Saint-Germain has seen an exodus of talented young players from their academy and this summer transfer window might be the same. El Chadaille Bitshiabu could be on the verge of heading to the Bundesliga.
Foot Mercato reported on Monday that Eintracht Frankfurt is interested in landing the 17-year-old defender to possibly replace the outgoing Evan Ndicka this summer.
However, PSG isn’t ready to let the teenager go without attempting to work out a contract extension. The French media outlet notes that the capital club is in contact to discuss a new deal, as Bitshiabu has one year left on his current contract.
If the two parties cannot reach a new contract, the report reveals that the Ligue 1 side would be willing to sell the player for €15 million. It will be interesting to see whether PSG can agree with the youth product or if he could be the next player to exit from the French capital.
