With the summer transfer window mere months away from opening up, Paris Saint-Germain football advisor Luis Campos already has his sights set on completing a blockbuster move for Napoli forward Victor Osimhen.
According to a report from RMC Sport, Campos has singled out Osimhen as PSG’s “priority” for the summer window. RMC Sport adds that Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis “expects” at least €100 million in any transfer deal involving the Nigerian forward.
Furthermore, Campos believes that it is “possible” to “complete this operation.” The first-year PSG football advisor is pondering multiple options to pull off this possible blockbuster transfer move, such as the possibility of including the likes of Mauro Icardi or Leandro Paredes in such a deal.
RMC Sport also notes that Campos recently met with Osimhen’s entourage, and overall, the Serie A star is “not against a move to PSG.”
De Laurentiis is at the least hopeful that Osimhen will stay put at Napoli past the upcoming summer transfer window. He did note earlier this month that keeping Osimhen with the current Serie A leaders “won’t be difficult.”
Osimhen has been a standout performer for Napoli in all competitions so far this season. For one, he has chipped in with 21 goals and four assists in the ongoing Serie A campaign.
