Paris Saint-Germain will return to action on Ligue 1 matchday 29 with a home fixture against Olympique Lyonnais. Multiple players could end up being ruled out for the match, including Sergio Ramos.
The veteran center-back has not featured in a fixture since PSG’s 2-1 away win over Brest earlier this month. He went on to be sidelined from PSG’s home fixture against Rennes due to a calf strain injury.
L’Equipe notes that Ramos has not yet fully recovered from his calf ailment, and he is currently deemed to be “uncertain” for PSG’s league matchup against Lyon.
It will be noteworthy to see whether Ramos ends up taking part in PSG’s collective training session on Friday. If the Spanish defender does not receive the green light to play against Lyon, Danilo Pereira may then once again be called on to play as a center-back for the side in a Ligue 1 fixture.
Ramos has so far played in 24 Ligue 1 contests this season.
