During last summer’s transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain sporting advisor Luis Campos made several moves to the midfield with four new additions. However, the Portuguese club chief isn’t done revamping the position.
La chaine L’Équipe reported on Sunday, citing sources, that the next midfielder target for the French giants Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Manu Kone.

The French media outlet adds that the 21-year-old is interested in PSG and is the “darling” of Campos. Regarding an asking price, the report reveals that the German club would want a transfer fee between €25 million and €35 million.
Kone is under contract until 2025, so Mönchengladbach does hold leverage when negotiating with any interested club. Nonetheless, if Campos does bring in the young French midfielder, it will be interesting to see where he’d fit or if there will be any exits toward the group.
Campos could be looking to add French talent from the Bundesliga, as he’s also reportedly looking at Randal Kolo Muani and Marcus Thuram to improve the attack this upcoming summer transfer window.
