Report: PSG, Real Madrid Monitoring Manchester United’s Contract Talks With Teenage Star

With the uncertain future of Lionel Messi, whose contract expires in June, and the recent rumors of a possible exit for Neymar Jr., Paris Saint-Germain could have a vastly different attacking group next season.

Should both or one of those players leave, PSG could be eyeing their replacement in Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho. The Mirror reported on Saturday, citing sources, the French giants are keen on the 18-year-old winger.

PSG isn’t alone in their interest in Garnacho, as Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are keeping close tabs on the exciting winger who has yet to pen a new deal. The forward’s contract expires next year and with these reported clubs eyeing him, he could hold some leverage.

Additionally, Manchester United is going through a sale process, so it will be interesting to see how that affects the negotiations with Garnacho. As for the capital club, should Messi and Neymar leave, the only forwards under contract from this current squad will be Kylian Mbappe and Hugo Ekitike.

If Les Parisiens crash out against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 on March 8 at the Allianz Arena, expect changes from sporting advisor Luis Campos.
