Paris Saint-Germain is likely holding out hope that it will be able to complete the loan transfer for Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech.
L’Equipe reported on Wednesday, citing sources, that the Ligue de Football Professionnel’s legal commission will study the appeal from PSG this morning at 10:30 a.m.

After reaching an agreement for the loan transfer of the 29-year-old, L’Equipe’s Loïc Tanzi reported on Tuesday night, citing sources, that The Blues sent the wrong documents three times. As a result, the deal was unable to get done on time.
Now the fate of whether Ziyech falls or not lies with the LFP’s legal commission. If PSG wins their appeal, the Morocco international will join the capital club and fill the role left behind by Pablo Sarabia, who exited for Wolverhampton Wanderers last month.
However, if the commission denies the appeal, Ziyech will return to Chelsea with an uncertain future as the English club moves in a different direction that doesn’t include the winger.
