Paris Saint-Germain forward Lionel Messi was named to the 2022 FIFA FIFPRO Men’s World XI on Monday. Messi was among four attackers who made the FIFPRO Men’s World XI for 2022, including PSG forward Kylian Mbappe.
Messi was selected to the FIFPRO Men’s World XI for the 16th consecutive year dating back to 2007, which broke a tie with Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo for the most such selections.
