A report from Le Parisien regarding the future of Neymar Jr. is now being debunked. The initial information revealed that Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi met with Chelsea owner Todd Boehly in the French capital.
The reporting from Le Parisien notified that the two men discussed a possible transfer of Neymar this summer. However, CBS Sports’ Ben Jacobs reported on Wednesday, citing sources, that there was not meeting between the two men.

Rumors appear left and right before and after a UEFA Champions League contest for PSG. As a result, it’s hard to know what’s accurate. Nonetheless, a transfer of Neymar would likely only be to a Premier League club, considering they could pay his wages.
Nonetheless, the timing of the initial reporting comes right after the capital club fell 1-0 to Bayern Munich on Tuesday night at the Parc des Princes. Would this reporting have come out had PSG drawn or won? Who knows.
The Brazilian and PSG have 90 minutes to turn around the 1-0 aggregate score on March 8 at the Allianz Arena. If they crash out, expect more of these rumors to surface.
