Paris Saint-Germain sporting advisor Luis Campos made several moves to improve the last summer. However, the Portuguese club chief stood pat during the winter transfer.
Nonetheless, there was a report that Neymar Jr. was vocal about his criticism of Campos’ transfer moves for this 2022-23 season, but new information from L’Equipe reveals that he’s not alone.
Players like Marquinhos, Messi, or Kimpembe share the same view as Neymar as they consider that the PSG squad is weakened compared to last season and that too many recruits are not up to standard.

Camps revamped the midfield last summer, bringing in four new players: Carlos Soler, Fabian Ruiz, Renato Sanches and Vitinha. However, all these additions have had peaks and valleys during their first year in the French capital.
At the forward group, Campos brought in Hugo Ekitike, who has shown flashes of his potential but hasn’t been consistent. With PSG challenging to win every trophy domestically and the UEFA Champions League, they require players to be consistent and can elevate their game.
If the Ligue 1 side crashes out against Bayern Munich in the round of 16, there will be many questioning Campos’ transfer windows.
