Paris Saint-Germain is making moves in the final minutes before the January transfer window closes. The capital club has reportedly reached an agreement with Chelsea for Hakim Ziyech, but they have also sent Ismaël Gharbi.
However, Gharbi’s arrival at OGC Nice might be on hold as L’Equipe’s Loïc Tanzi reported on Tuesday, citing sources, that the deal between the two sides might not have been registered in time.

Initially, RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins reported on Tuesday, citing sources, that Gharbi will be heading to Nice on a loan agreement between the two clubs.

🚨 Nice fonce sur Ismaël Gharbi (prêt sec). Accord entre le PSG et Nice mais il ne reste plus beaucoup de temps pour finaliser l’opération !

As a result, it will give the teenager more playing time to develop, as he could be a vital part of PSG down the road. Additionally, the French giants are betting on Gharbi’s development, as Abdellah Boulma also reported, citing sources, that if the loan deal occurs, it’s with no option to buy.

So we will see whether or not Gharbi will be playing for another team to finish off the 2022-23 football season.
