Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Marcus Thuram is a couple of months away from becoming a free agent, so the 25-year-old has all the leverage on where he’ll play next season.
French football journalist Saber Desfarges revealed that at the start of the 2022-23 season, Thuram wanted to remain the full year with the Bundesliga club; however, that might not be the case anymore.
Desfarges also added in his reporting that after reflection on Thuram’s part, he’s now open to leaving this winter transfer window due to the clubs hoping to land the forward. Still, no significant progress with interested parties.
En début de saison, Marcus Thuram souhaitait rester jusqu’au bout de l’exercice au Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Thuram has been linked to a big club as Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly keen on the player. Nonetheless, new information reveals that the France international could leave in January.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup runner-up has appeared in 17 games in all competitions for the German club, where he’s scored 13 goals and notched four assists.
