Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea are facing a significant hurdle as time becomes their enemy to finalize the loan transfer for Hakim Ziyech. Nonetheless, both clubs are working toward fixing the matter, but now it seems a move is in doubt.
The paperwork is what’s holding up the finalization of Ziyech’s arrival , and that could be Chelsea’s fault. L’Equipe’s Loïc Tanzi reported on Tuesday night that there’s anger from PSG’s leaders towards Chelsea.
According to Tanzi, Chelsea sent the wrong documents three times. Additionally, the reporter reveals that it’s challenging to imagine the appeal accepted by the Ligue de Football Professionnel tomorrow, but the PSG will try.
Grosse colère des dirigeants parisiens contre Chelsea ce soir, qui ont envoyé trois fois les mauvais documents. Difficile d’imaginer le recours accepté par la LFP demain, mais le #PSG va tenter #Mercato

If PSG cannot land Ziyech, then it would be a massive blow for a team that has already seen Pablo Sarabia exit this transfer window for Wolverhampton Wanders. As a result, there’s no replacement for the Spanish winger.
The inability to bring Milan Skriniar, who wanted to come to Paris in January rather than wait until the summer transfer window for him to arrive, sets a disappointing tone as PSG gears up for the final months of the 2022-23 football season if the Ziyech loan transfer does indeed fall through.
