Paris Saint-Germain might have caught a break on their opening goal against Auxerre after Kylian Mbappe scored the goal.
Lionel Messi would find Nuno Mendes, who found Mbappe in the middle of the box to convert the goal. However, before the goal, the Video Assistant Referee had to review a possible handball.
A handball would have killed the ball and led to a free kick rather than allowing the play to continue leading to the eventual goal by Mbappe. Nonetheless, after a review, it was confirmed as a good goal.
