As Kylian Mbappe has expressed his desire to move away from the No. 9 role, Hugo Ekitike is the only other viable option which is why sporting advisor Luis Campos could be in the market for another striker.
Transfer window journalist Matteo Moretto reported Tuesday on Relevo that PSG is thinking of Joao Felix to be the forward that can provide more depth to the striker position.
Moretto states that there is something much more concrete between the parties because the French club is already working on it through the agent of the young Portuguese talent, Jorge Mendes.
The Spanish outlet reveals that Felix isn’t happy about his situation with Atletico Madrid, particularly with manager Diego Simeone.
Since losing to Real Madrid on Sept. 18, the 22-year-old has played 155 minutes between LaLiga and the UEFA Champions League, of which only 54 in the last two LaLiga games, in which he scored two goals to Cádiz and one to Espanyol.
Regarding the asking price, Moretto states that Atletico Madrid would consider an offer of more than €130 million.
