Even after a sluggish start to its UEFA Champions League home group stage fixture against Benfica, Paris Saint-Germain still managed to find the back of the net in the first half.
After Benfica center-back Antonio Silva fouled Juan Bernat in the penalty box, Kylian Mbappe stepped up to the plate to take the penalty kick. The French forward ended up scoring his penalty attempt with ease for his fourth goal of this season’s Champions League group stage.
