Last week, rumors regarding the future of Kylian Mbappé were running wild as some reports revealed that the 23-year-old wanted an exit from Paris Saint-Germain this January transfer window.
Nonetheless, the France international denied these reports from various news outlets, stating that he hasn’t asked to leave PSG despite signing a contract extension this past summer.
While at the Ballon d’Or ceremony, Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez was asked about Mbappé considering the Spanish giants were in on the PSG star before he opted to remain in the French capital.
Pérez revealed that he doesn’t pay any attention to what’s being reported and shared his secret about staying away from all the noise concerning the forward.
“No, I’m not tired about Kylian Mbappé rumors — but I’m not even reading the stories about Mbappé!” Pérez told El Larguero on Monday. “We have great future with Vinícius and Rodrygo — they’re top players, they can win the Ballon d’Or.”

It will be interesting to see if Pérez actually believes what he says or perhaps is playing the situation calm and relaxed.
Mbappé is committed to PSG, but the position could change next summer depending on how the 2022-23 season plays out for the Ligue 1 side.
