Lionel Messi is continuing to make the most out of his promising start to the new Ligue 1 season.
Messi once again picked up a goal contribution in Ligue 1 play, as he assisted Kylian Mbappe for Paris Saint-Germain’s opening goal of its away fixture against Nantes. Moments after winning back possession, Messi pushed up play in Nantes’ own half and ended up sending off a keen pass over to Kylian Mbappe. From there, Mbappe scored a top-class goal for his sixth score of the league campaign.
