Paris Saint-Germain is in the mix for a striker as sporting advisor Luis Campos would attempt to improve their attack to go along with the new arrival Hugo Ekitike. The capital club is looking at various options, and one of them is RB Salzburg’s Benjamin Šeško.
On Sunday, Sportklub Slovenija’s Rok Viškovič reported that PSG is among the clubs in the mix to land the 19-year-old goal scorer. However, the Ligue 1 giants aren’t alone in their interest, as Chelsea, Manchester United, and RB Leipzig are the four remaining options for Šeško.
The information provided by Viškovič says that the Austrian club wants between €20 million and €50 million or even more to land the Slovenia international. The other option is not letting him exit this summer transfer window. Šeško is under contract with Salzburg until 2026.
Nonetheless, a deal could be made where an interested club like PSG purchased the player this summer and lets the teenager remain in Austria on loan for this season. Šeško has already scored two goals in three games in all competitions for Salzburg, who has kicked off their 2022-23 campaign.
