Report: PSG Considering Other Options to Offload Everton Transfer Target

There are only a few days left until the summer transfer window closes on Sept. 1, and a recent report suggests the talks between Everton and Paris Saint-Germain over Idrissa Gueye have hit a standstill

French football journalist Abdellah Boulma reported on Saturday that the dialogue involving all three parties isn’t broken. However, the capital club is considering other avenues in the event of failure to ensure they offload Gueye this summer.

PSG has already added Vitinha and Renato Sanches to the midfield group; there’s also the possibility of adding another player, such as Hellas Veronas’ Ivan Ilić. As a result, Gueye is one of the players who see the writing on the wall regarding their future.

Gueye has reportedly agreed to terms with The Toffees, but a deal between the two clubs has yet to occur, so it will be interesting to see what other options he’d consider should a return to Goodison Park fall through.
