Paris Saint-Germain defender Thilo Kehrer is one of the players that the capital club would like to offload this summer. The Germany international has a suitor who wants to wrap up a transfer before their next game.
On Wednesday, Sky Sports Dharmesh Sheth reports that after failing on their first offer to convince PSG to sell, West Ham United is back with a second bid to secure the 26-year-old.
Dharmesh doesn’t reveal the amount of the second proposal for Kehrer or the amount the capital club is looking for to offload Kehrer. However, recent reports suggest that the French giants want around €20 million in a possible sale of the German defender.
West Ham is keen on a defender before their Sunday game against Nottingham Forest after various injuries to their backline. It will be interesting to see if the second proposal is enough for PSG to let go of Kehrer, whose contract expires next year.
